a frozen chicken for sunday dinner while im at asda tomorrow and some fresh mince for monday's spag bol, will the mince last until monday evening with me not having a freezer yet?

i think if you cook the mince it should be fine. The cooked sauce will be fine in the fridge until monday
imo mince should be cooked within 24 hours of purchase

thanks witchandchips I wasn't too sure about it as usually go to local market and buy fresh mince then split it into meal sized portions to freeze for later on in the month
