Tinned salmon and...

the only thing I know to do with tinned salmon is fishcakes and I don't have time to cook/mash/bake before ds wakes up starving - ideas please?

Jacket potato?
Pasta, sweetcorn and mayo?
With cucumber in a sandwich?
