The dark organic ones? I think they don't have it.

Hunza apricots never contain sulphur, Our Sainsbos does them. They still have the stone in too, so remember to destone them.

Health food stores tend to stock unsulphured Apricots too.

Yurtgirl · 13/07/2008 21:34

Sainsburys? I think they used to sell them

splishsplosh · 13/07/2008 21:34

Crazy Jack apricots are sulphur dioxide free - they're organic ones, and think you can get them in most supermarkets

StealthPolarBear · 13/07/2008 21:35

sains do "Taste the difference" sticky ones
Tesco do huge bags, in the section where they do the gluten free etc stuff. They are drier and so easier to cut up.

Lubyloo · 13/07/2008 21:37

Holland and Barratt does them.

Caz10 · 13/07/2008 21:40

crazy jacks from tesco

would you soak them for a 7mth old?

StealthPolarBear · 13/07/2008 21:40

I've never soaked the damn things, they are sticky enough

beansprout · 13/07/2008 21:42

I used to soak them for ds1. Might not for ds2 though.

Just have to not give them too much dried fruit though.

They're lovely cooked and stirred into natural yoghurt.

Caz10 · 16/07/2008 19:24

ooh how do you cook them??

Othersideofthechannel · 16/07/2008 19:41

Cook them in water for about 10 min with a cinnamon stick if you have one.
