I've found a recipe for watermelon sorbet but I need to have an ice cream machine to churn it. I don't have one, what do I do?!

I think you'd have to take it out of the freezer just as it sets and stir the edges in, keep repeating it until smoothly frozen...I've made ice cream in the past but never had an ice cream maker - watermelon sorbet sounds fab

Mix by hand, put into a dish of some sorts with a lid or tupperware box with lid and put in freezer. Every hour or so, take it out and fork it through. Am pretty sure you will have to do this three or four times before you just leave it.
