Joint of beef but not boring roast !!!

suggestions please I have a joint of beef for tomorrow but would like to do something more interesting than the usual roast ! Any ideas?

How about a nice marinade?

The Good Food magazine has a nice recipe for a chili and orange marinade, it is intended for a skirt of beef which is barbecued, but it'd taste good with any cut of beef I imagine, regardless of cooking method.
