Bought a large packet of minced beef last night to make a batch of spag bol, forgetting that I'd had to throw my frying pan out last weekend after DH killed it (don't asked!!)
Any MNetters have a bright idea how I can brown it??
None of my other pans are any good - any way I could do in the oven?
Do I even need to brown it if I cook (oven bake type thing) it thoroughly?
