Duck with plum sauce....any recipes?

Hi MN. My DH has finally bowed to the wisdom of MN and asked me (he is the cook in this house) to find out any recipes you might have for a plum sauce to use with Duck.

All help mucho appreciated.

Stewed plums with a bit of grated or powdered ginger and star anise is very nice with duck.
