vegetarian barbecue ideas please

I've only ever done BBQs for meat eaters, but have a couple of vegetarian guests in a couple of weeks. So far am thinking sweetcorn on the cob; butternut squash parcels; and vegetable kebabs (mushrooms/onions/peppers/courgettes). Sounds a bit boring tho so would appreciate some ideas. Also, I have bought some foil BBQ trays to keep the vegetarian food off the surface meat has been cooked on. But I've never used them - do they work?

Slice halloumi (one cheese will make roughly 8 slices) and put straight on to the barbecue.

make a dressing with olive oil, crushed garlic, juice of a lemon, mustard powder and black pepper, as well as a handful of chopped coriander. (No salt as the cheese is salty)

Once halloumi is cooked (doesn't take long - when nicely golden brown) put it in a dish and pour the dressing over it. Lovely!

Grilled asparagus (marinade in a mix of soy sauce and olive oil and a bit of salt - string together flat using big wooden cocktail sticks and fling on the barbie)
