venison burgers? with a nice tangy relish

mm yes please. I didn't want to do anything that masked the flavour so burgers sound really nice.

Is it already minced? Sounds like a waste of good venison to me!

yes it is. I bought it because it was the same price as normal mince and that seemed a pretty good deal to me.
