Can we chat about Leon, stringy bark honey and low GI - if any of those words mean anything to anyone on here

This may mean nothing to anyone out of London but just wanted to post to ask whether anyone else buys food in Leon, and if so, what they buy/like/recommend.

Plus I've noticed they use something called stringy bark honey which they describe as low GI. I have never heard of this sort of honey before and am also not sure how honey can be low GI - I thought it was basically just all sugar. Anyone know anything about it?

oh and fwiw, I love the moroccan meatballs and the superfood salad but the coffee is bad, imho.

I quite often buy the superfood salad, for my lunch at work, which is good except when the broccoli has been slightly overcooked when it tastes/smells manky.
