Has anyone got any good recipes for leftovers?

this is a great one for using up leftover chicken

Did it last night and added noodles to bulk it out - yum.

Anyone else got any good ones?

Was clearing out my "threads I'm watching" section and found this.

Someone must have some more...

mix leftover sweetcorn with tuna,then mix with sr flour and milk. fry into small fritters and serve with salad
