Fish - i'm getting confused about freezing!

I've just bought some Lemon Sole Fillets with the intention of cooking them and then freezing them in portions to be defrosted, heated and fed to DD (who is 8 months old).

I was about to open them when i saw 'Do not reheat once cooled' written on the side of the packet.

So now i'm confused - can i cook, freeze and reheat them. Will freezing them discount the warning about reheating them or not? Would it be better to freeze the fish in portions uncooked and then defrost and microwave them when they are actually to be used?

Help!

It only means don't cook them, let them go cold and then warm them up.

You can defrost them all, cook them and then refreeze.
