Inspiration needed for two large ripe mangos.

My local farm shop was selling off massive mangos so i bought two.....not sure why as i have no idea what to do with them apart from eat them as they are or make a salsa.
Have you any tried and tested recipes?
Oh, and i HATE mango chutney.

I would stick them in my bra and give DP the fright of his life..

Slice up the mango and put a pot of plain greek ypghurt on top. Sprinkle top with brown sugar..

Not to sure it would be easy juggling as they are the size of a babys head!!!

It's only 2 - just eat them. Not that much once you've cut them up. I'd recommend eating them with the Rachel's coconut flavour greek yoghurt. Yum. Or use to make a smoothie with said yoghurt, and a bit of water.

Nigel Slater's Mango Fool and Mango Frozen Yogurt.

oooo like the sound of the mango frozen yoghurt.

Mango sorbet - it's fab

2 mangoes
1 cup of green tea with about 50g of sugar dissolved in it
juice of one lime

Liquidise everything together. Taste and if necessary add more sugar dissolved in a little water.

Put into freezer for about an hour until still mostly liquid but with lots of crystals. Liquidise again until smooth and return to freezer (in individual containers if preferred).

Remove at least 10 mins before serving to soften.
