a jacobs cream cracker with butter and a thin slice of cheddar on it?

35 in the cracker alone, then at least 10 for a scraping of butter and 30 for a slice of cheese.

ahhhhh. not many!!!

weight watchers works out as 1/2 point for each cracker and 4 1/2 points for 40 grams of chedder.......

does that help?

That's why snacking piles on the pounds, people don't realise how much they are eating.

I don't think it matters occasionally though, just don't make a habit of it lol
