is it just normal sugar or caster sugar (I thought the latter is what is normally needed in baking)?

Amani it really doesn't matter, I guess castor is preferable but I always just use normal.

Lemon Yoghurt Cake is lovely, especially with cream cheese icing (75gm soft butter, 125g cream cheese, juice and zest of 1 lemon, 2 cups icing sugar whizzed in processor)
