Now help me use up my cream?

Thanks for the ideas yesterday helping me use up a ton of strawberries. ds and I made 2pts of lovely strawberry sauce this morning

Now, I need to use up a pint of single cream (when I don't like it myself). I'm listening to Mr Brown and don't want to let it waste Do you have any brilliant ideas for food that uses cream but doesn't actually taste creamy iyswim?

What veg do you have? Pan fry and then add garlic/cream/salt pepper/cream/parmesan

then bung in the oven?

Nice with rice/pasta

Have courgettes, spuds, onions, peppers. Bung it in the oven just in a dish? Do you need to keep the temperature low so the cream won't separate? (I really don't ever use cream so don't even know this!)

I wouldn't use the potatoes.

If you pan fry make sure the veg isn't too hot- double cream can take very hot temps but not yoghurt/single cream.

Or could you add it to soups (yum) or even a bolognese sauce (my sister does this)
