do you know soph, thats a possibility i hadnt considered. v cunning!

rocky road looks goooood.

they are all bagged up and stashed away in the fridge in the barn now. where they will probably stay till they go off [lazy]. if they are still in good nick in time for school thingies i will do as policywonk so wisely suggests.

Make and freeze:

choc ice cream
choc brownies
choc chip cookie dough
choc sauce
choc icing

Open bottle of expensive Chardonnay, put on DVD of David Tennant in Casanova, eat entire bag of choc drops and watch all the troubles in the world slowly float away... [sighs in a drifty sort of way]

Barn sounds like a good place to hide from your DC hang out.

I'm with Sophy - make anything that can be frozen (especially the cookie dough) that way, should you by any misfortune chance have any left by September you can give them away/ sell them as suggested.

One word of caution though, if these are chocolate fountain chocolate drops, I would taste them before spending money on other ingredients - some of them have a load of oil added to make the chocolate flow and therefore taste fairly disgusting .

Amphibimum · 08/07/2008 19:09

oh i have performed extensive taste tests. they are very nice indeed.
i like frozen batches of cookie dough. good one. dp has invited all and sundry to take some away with them so thats relieved me of a few i suppose...
