HELP Carrot cake White/Brown sugar?????

I want to make the carrot cake but recipe states soft brown sugar. I only have
Demerara cane sugar
Caster
Granulated
Can I use any of these instead???

why not try mixing the demerara with the caster??

Just not made one before and its my favourite cake usually do Banana cake.
