Eggless baking.

I'd appreciate some egg free cake,cookie, brownie etc recipes.

I'm making some cakes to take into work on Monday but one of my colleagues is allergic to eggs and can only eat certain things which contain them.
I don't want her to miss out so if anyone has a good egg free recipe they can share with me, it'd be much appreciated.

if you go to a health store, you can get an egg replacer, think its made by Allergycare.

and I remember a thread on here a long time ago about using ground linseed instead of eggs in baking. (never got around to trying it, but it sounded interesting)
