Ideas for pasta/couscous salads please

Want to make some pasta or couscous salads for lunch tomorrow,any ideas please?

penne pasta
peas
sundried or sunblush tomatoes, finely chopped
finely chopped onion
chorizo, diced

cook pasta and mix with all the above, season with salt, black pepper and oregano

then, when still hot, dress with either vinaigrette, or mayo or natural yoghurt

can also stir in a spoonful of pesto

Tortellini (whatever filling, though veg based works best when cold)
Salad leaves (eg. Lollo, cos, lamb's lettuce)
Spring onion
Peppers
Carrots, thinly sliced (grated goes too soggy imo)
Tomatoes
Whatever else you can think of

Cook, tortellini, rine in cold water to cool down. Pour an little olive oil over so it doesn't stick and leave to cool. add veggies. Dress with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar

For a cous cous salad try a tabbouleh style thing.
Chopped ripe tomatoes, onions, cucumber, chick peas, tons of chopped flat leaf parsley. dress with extra virgin olive oil and lemons juice.
this also works well with quinoa or millet (as wella s the original bulghur wheat)
