flapjacks......

Please can someone give me a good recipe for flapjacks. Whenever I have made them before i put them on greaseproof paper but they always stick to the paper and are crunchy, I want the soft ones!

3oz marg, 2 tbspn golden syrup, 2oz soft brown sugar, 6oz oats

melt ingredients, add oats, bake at 160C for 30 mins for soft sticky flapjack. or 25mins at 180C

I use baking parchment rather than greaseproof.

for crunchy flapjacks cook them for a really short time.
