potato cakes

just bought some potato cakes because they were marked down ... never had them before, will they do as a pizza base for dc's dinner?

Hmm.. love these but couldn't imagine them as pizza! Not tried it though so worth a try!

We have ours mostly with breakfast type things, fried egg/scrambled egg, beans etc...

you can toast or fry them with a little butter they are yum
