Yes, wrap in foil and put in oven about 200 degrees. Don't even need to peel them first, as the skin just rubs off when they are done.
A small one - golf ball size - will take about one hour, bigger ones about 2. But just stick a knife in and see if they are done.
Or you can peel and slice them then roast, but tbh this is huge messy faff and doesn't taste as nice for all the effort.
