Healthy adult snacks needed please

DD is in yet another dancing comp this weekend. Her partner's Mum and I are good mates, and we both enjoy watching the dancing even when our DDs are not on the floor - up to a point . Then we both end up eating to pass the time. Too noisy to concentrate on books/puzzles. Food really helps! We are squashed into a very small space, so can't take a fully blown picnic. Needs to be easily eaten finger foods - and more interesting than fruit and veg sticks/dips etc which we already do. Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks.

(excuse my ignorance, but what's trail mix OMDB?)
Would also like to hear about healthy - but tasty - snacks.

oops sorry.

It's those mixed packets of dried fruit and nuts you can buy. I love them and tend to take a packet with me to munch on if I'm going somewhere that requires snacks. Tasty and healthy. I understand not everyone likes dried fruit and nuts though!

What about packets of salted nuts? Flapjacks? home made brownies (not healthy but heavenly).

Little mini tarts made with tomato, olives, basil and mozarella?

Quiche?

in my mind trail mix is both healthy and tasty!
