Help-need an easy shortbread recipe ASAP

Need one suitable for using different shaped cutters.

Would be soooo grateful if anyone can help

It's probably too late now but in case you still need it.....

100g (4oz) butter (softened)
50g (2oz) caster sugar
150g (5OZ) flour
25g (1oz) semolina
extra caster sugar

Cream butter and sugar together until pale and fluffy

Using fork, gradually stir in flour and semolina

Draw mixture together with finger tips then roll out and cut out.

Place on greased baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes at 170 deg c/ 325 deg f/ gas mark 3 (they should be the colour of pale straw).
