cajun chicken salad

Has anyone got a foolproof recipe for cajun chicken salad? I really fancy one but don't know how to make it.

This is pretty much exactly how my friend (who is from Louisanna) makes hers
1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
3 cups cubed, cooked chicken (meat from about a 3 pound chicken)
1 cup thinly sliced green onion
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup finely shredded carrot
1/2 cup diced celery
3 cups (about 1 1/2 pounds) seeded and diced
fresh Tomatoes

Combine first 6 ingredients. Beat in yogurt.

Gently fold in chicken and next four ingredients into dressing.

Chill for at least 30 minutes.

Just before serving fold in tomatoes.
except she uses normal peppers not bell.

course you can.

I would add bell peppers instead of normal ones, the bell peppers are what gives it the kick.

FYI bell peppers are just the name americans give to what we call peppers. they are the same thing.
