well says fresh on the packet! from tescos - i thought they were prunes as ds loves prunes.

What, as in squashy and purple and green? I just eat them as they are! Good in a sald with some parma ham and fetta, lightly dressed

If they're dried but ready to eat figs (which they sound like) you could try them dipped in melted choc and left to dry - v nice! especially if the choc is Green and Blacks maya gold.

I cook dp fig and banana porridge which he loves!
And I accidentally bought prunes... which he tried and hates

yes ds loves the squishy prunes and they're easier for me to bite into little bits for him - the figs are much chewier.
