haven't had them for years - any other fans ?
I tend to avoid any clumpy ones - I like plain stuff like a cornflake or branflake...my grandpa always had to have the coco pops in the Variety packs...
anyone remember Puffa Puffa Rice ?

Dorset museli

OverMyDeadBody · 26/06/2008 19:01

I love porridge but only if it is made with salt added, then sprinkled with muscavado sugar and with a dollop of buttat in the middle

Aefondkiss · 26/06/2008 19:10

mary, if you put cold water in the pan after you have made the porridge it slips off in one go.

I like porridge with honey, or sultanas or banana.

Ricicles or Frosties
I love a sugar high first thing in the morning!!

falcon · 26/06/2008 19:26

I rarely eat cereal but when I do it's usually: cornflakes, all bran, bran flakes or porridge.

I seem to remember that Start is quite nice, though I haven't had it for years.

I so badly want to try Dorset Cereal's date and banana porridge.

Cocopops but not for breakfast... as an after work snack

maidamess · 26/06/2008 19:32

random, me too. I love Coco Pops.

maidamess · 26/06/2008 19:32

Oh and Ready Brek with a crust of sugar on the top.

And I wonder why I've got more fillings than teeth.....

Aniyan · 26/06/2008 19:39

Puffed wheat (like sugar puffs but without the sugar) with raisins and very cold milk - yum.

Also must admit to being quite partial to the odd bowl of Cookie Crisp when I need a sugar fix

Though it's usually toast in the mornings for me - I prefer cereal as an afternoon/evening snack.

MaryAnnSingleton · 27/06/2008 14:23

the grapenuts a lovely but remembered why I'd stopped buying them - they are very hard on the teeth.

(but only in a concerned 'are your teeth alright? Kind of way!)

MaryAnnSingleton · 28/06/2008 08:23

so far...might have to ration my intake though

wabbit · 28/06/2008 08:31

squilly · 28/06/2008 09:14

Maloryshoppingmother, I'm with you on the Just Right. I usually add strawberries or blueberries to contribute to my 5 a day count. And cos it tastes good.

We usually buy it when it's on offer by the boxload because it's so expensive, but I love the mix of crunch flakes, almonds, dried fruit. YUM!

MaryAnnSingleton · 28/06/2008 12:18

wabbit !
