haven't had people to dinner for years...so what should I cook ?

lunch yes, but a dinner party type thing no..
so, if I was having to cater for 6 people - no vegetarians - what do you suggest ? Nice and easy but delicious ! I love making puddings btw - should I do 2 ?

Oh, and give them beetroot and turn their poo purple! A real psychodelic toilet experience!
