Quick please-how to mix quiche mixture ?

Ok i haven`t made one for years but have the pastry case and have fried some onion and bacon.
Have eggs and milk but what quantity of egg and milk do i need to mix and por over a couple of quiches please ? xcheers x

Doodle2u-mmm well i added about 1/4 pint milk to 3 medium eggs,whisked it up a bit and am hoping for the best !!!!!!1

Well it sounds about right FB. I may have added a smidge more milk but the eggs will bind I think.

See, now....I fancy a piece of quiche mesen now and I've only just had dinner! Tsk
