I'm about to make some american chewy choc biccies but without the choc. The recipe has 2 cups of flour and 2/3 cup of cocoa powder. If I'm not using the cocoa, do I use 2-2/3cup of flour or just stick to the basic 2 cups????

Make up the weight with flour.

I would probably use an extra 1/3 flour

oh no - which shall I go for?? I guess logically, flour is heavier than cocoa powder.....oh no I am hopeless at this sort of thing!

Well yes flour is heavier than cocoa powder so that is why I wouldn't make it up entirely with flour.

I'll go for that - thank you!
