Quick! Need recipe for a stuffed sandwhich

Dp is at supermarket now so I have to be really quick.

Making stuffed sandwhich to take on a picnic today - help please!

Oh it is easy, just get lots of delicious antipasta thingys and layer them up and weight it down. Do you want a proper recipe? I'll try to find one but as basics I would go for some nice cheese, some roasted peppers, olive, sundried toms and some parma ham and perhaps some pesto. then get a crusty loaf, take out lots of the inside, layer up the filling, close it, wrap it in clingfilm. Put a plate on top of it with a weight on it and place it in the fridge for an hour or two.

Well the best would be a crusty french country round loaf and you slice the top off it and take out the bread inside and then fill it iyswim. but you can use any crusty loaf really.

Hi, Picnic was goo dfun and the stuffed and everyone loved the stuffed sandwich!
