I'm hoping some of the helpful bread experts who helped me out last time are around to answer a couple of questions...
I want to make dough in my breadmaker and then shape and bake it myself.
Q1. Once it's finished in the breadmaker, should I "knock it back" or something? What does this mean?
Q2. Once it's shaped and risen, about how long should I cook a loaf for?
Q3. Anything else I need to know?
(I'm doing white bread dough in a panasonic)
