Things in my fridge that need using up are - broad beans, tomatoes, lettuce, Chinese greens

I also have usual store cupboard things, pasta, rice, couscous, noodles,
tinned fish and there's some strong cheese.

Rest of the family will be having their meals elsewhere tomorrow and Friday, so ideally I'd make something very quick that I can eat tomorrow night, when I get back from my run after work, plus leftovers to be taken to eat cold/reheat at work for Friday lunch. Any ideas?

Couscous salad - cook couscous as usual, then put olive oil and lemon juice (if you have it), plus any chopped herbs and/or garlic you have. Lightly stir-fry chinese greens, chopped, add to couscous, cook broad beans, add, and add chopped tomatoes. I like tinned tuna stirred in too. Nice when couscous is still warm, but also great for lunch the next day.

Make a salad with the cheese, fish, pasta, broad beans, tomatoes and lettuce.

Thank you for those, I'm going to go for the couscous - the beans are a bit old for salad.
