Using wholemeal flour, but what about the butter/ fat? Is ther anything you can use instead?

Vegan recipe

1/2 tsp. salt

2.25 cups of unbleached all-purpose flour.

1/2 cup canola oil.

1/3 cup soy milk, chilled.

Bottled out, making it with margerine,. What's canola oil anyway? Sounds like a remedy for thrush.
