Brownie Apotheosis...

I went to Greenwich on Sunday and in the market there was this stall selling home made cake at extortionate Greenwich-type prices. There were trays of brownies there and I thought... hmm.. I can do that!

So I made Nigella-recipe brownies (the Domestic Goddess ones) without walnuts and divided the mixture in half.

Into one half went chocolate chips (milk and white) and the other half was kept plain.

Put it into two trays, over the choc chip version I drizzled Dulce De Leche and then with a knife I swirled it in over the top of the mixture.

Got a pot of organic raspberry jam and lumped a good half of it over the top of the plain ones, then swirled that in with a knife too.

Baked as usual.

Et voila, triple choc brownies with caramel swirls and chocolate-raspberry brownies!

OMG they were GORGEOUS!!! Took 'em into work and they went in five minutes flat...
