need answer in next hour pls: Hake steaks - how long to cook?

Got Hake steaks for tea, but haven't cooked them before. Want to pan fry. They're about 1.5 cm thick. How long should I pan fry them for? Or better ideas re how to cook (I usually bake/grill but find fish steaks better pan-fried). Thanks in advance.

anyone? Otherwise will just cook and keep testing. But would like an idea if poss pls.

depends on the thickness and how you are cooking. If baking in foil i would say 15min, if pan frying 5-7 mins a side
