Which is the perfect pepper mill?

It is my mum's birthday next week and she deserves something really special but she refuses to say what she wants - except hinting over and over and over that she'd like a good pepper mill.

Any suggestions? I'd like to get her something that's really nice quality and maybe a salt mill too.

Any advice appreciated.

I bought mine in The Spice Shop in Notting Hill but they don't seem to have them on their website. Seems you could order from their site direct though.
