I know it's good for you and want to incorporate into my diet.

How much do you eat?
When?
What type?

I have Fage Greek Yoghurt every day for breakfast. It costs me a fortune 😂

I agree you need to check the ingredients but Sainsbury’s Greek Style Yoghurt only has milk as an ingredient. As do lots of other Greek Style yoghurts. Being labelled Greek Style is because it is Greek Yogurt not made in Greece or with Greek Milk. So the posters boasting about not eating Greek Style aren’t necessarily eating a better product, they’re just paying a lot more money for something that they could get with exactly the same ingredient but labeled slightly differently due to food providence protections.

Agree with this as I was surprised to read on this thread the other week that Greek style has additives because I do check and have always found it to be just milk but not made in Greece because it is a protected name they can’t call it Greek. The only exception I’ve found is the one I get from the milkman which has cream added to it and is absolutely lush. It might be true for the flavoured versions though, I only buy natural and add my own things to it.
