Nightmare tonight - Ds1 eating at 4.30, DS2 eating at 5.45, and me and hubby eating at 7pm! Don't want to have to make 3 different things as we are going out in between all these times. Can only think of stew, but it's not really the weather for it! Any ideas much appreciated!

curry?
risotto?

what have you got in the fridge? I tend to give kids leftovers from DH's and my dinner the previous night if they're eating early.

Or do jacket spuds or pasta or something quick for them and the same later (or something else) for you and dh

We have this on a Weds so I tend to do something like a huge pot soup or chilli -you can take out a bowl of it, heat in microwave and eat with a chunk of bread

At least the omlete is quick to do.
