Also, this may be a very stupid question, but how do I make fresh breadcrumbs? Do they have to be dried or stale??

I just whizz crusts from the bread in the chopper. I use potatoes, breadcrumbs [mixed in] onions and tuna. Then I shape them and roll them around in the remaining breadcrumbs. Then cook them for about 20 mins. Haven't mad ethem for a while, so can't be sure if I've missed something out.

Usually use a small can of tuna and make two fishcales with it. Probably use a couple of potatoes.
