Where do you get your gluten free/casein free foods from? I know tesco do some but not all - where do you go? I've tried a number of online places but cant get prices or catalogues. Thanks

Sainsbury's ha quite a good range, I find, and Waitrose online not bad for basics (pasta, bread etc) but instore here there are awful.

I use these people and also here. They both have quite a range of just about anything you need, but do check out the ingredients too, as I have come across a couple of things labelled gf/cf which aren't suitable.

thanks - usually do shopping on line and i see tesco has some stuff. Will just have tow ork out what am going to give her and then see what i can get her from where.

If you are doing gfcf for asd then watch the supermarket brands - some of them have trace amounts and many have dodgy chemicals. If not - you're fine

thanks pagwatch, Goodness direct seems to be quite good. Do you buy meats, veg etc supermarket and other gf/cf stuff specialist sites?
