Mealplanners -- can I have some suggestions please?

I know there was a mealplanner doing the rounds on MN recently -- does anyone have a link?

I really need to get a grip on our food costs, which have gone through the roof recently. Need lots of new ideas for my meal masterplan.

I am sure someone will come along with the MN mealplanner but, just in case you are interested found this site recently and it has a changing two week meal planner and the shopping list needed.

Cheap eats in our house are:

Spag Bog
Chili
Spag Carbonara
Tomato and egg pasta
Pasta Salad
Salmon PAsta
Homemade Pizza

Also buy a large chicken which I can usually get three meals out of. I get the butcher to cut the legs off so I can cook them seperately. Any left over chicken after meals is used to make wraps for lunch.
