Slimming World - Blue Cheese Sauce Recipe

I have this recipe at home in the SW Saucy Secrets recipe book and it's lovely. We are holidaying at the moment and the PIL are visiting this evening, I have great steak and I want to add the sauce but I can't quite remember how it goes!!

Can anyone help me?
