fish pie

I posted here last week asking for a fish pie recipe - thanks to you lot who responded!

All of the suggestions I got were creamy - I've since come across this onewhich is tomato based, so much lighter and maybe a nice change for the summer months? I made it for our friends and everyone raved about it and asked for 2nd helpings. So I just thought I'd pass it on.

Mmm, that sounds really nice. Not sure about the cherry tomatoes though, a bit of a waste to put them in a pie when you think how expensive they are! Could you use a tin of tomatoes instead and not use the puree?

And you could use dried tarragon instead of fresh? Not sure where I'd get fresh tarragon round here.

It looks a lot easier than a creamy fish pie too.

Thanks for that - My youngest dd is allergic to dairy so this is a great alternative to the creamy fish pies - I shall make it soon.
