springs rolls in lunchboxes

dd2 wants spring rolls in her lunchbox for nursery - they would be refridgerated at nursery - is it ok if i cook them and then she has them cold? or would that be mingin? eating them cold i mean. or would it be safe for the nursery to heat them up? argh help!

I have eaten spring rolls cold before now, not as nice but they were edible.
