Oh lovely - I quite often pop a caserole in the oven (gas mark 2/3) about 3ish and it is then ready for after school activities about 5ish...

(Notice I how put ish, my timings are very vague!)

Love the sound of the peri peri, how do you do that??

i always do my casseroles in oven number 2 0n at 3 served at 5 or 6 its yummy and tender and gorgeous

also - we slow roasted leg of lamb the other day

put it in on 150ish, over a tray of sliced onions, carrots, leeks and glass or 2 of red wine...

3 hrs later
