Celeriac how to prepare and what to do?

I got one as it was cheap but what can i do with it apart from mashing it?

Any ideas appreciated

Grate it mix with some mayo and a teaspoon of dijon mustard mmmmmmmm.

I always add it to mash with other root vegetables as I'm not really keen on it otherwise. Sorry.

I think you can do a variation on potatoes dauphinoise but with celeriac instead of potatoes.
