I ve got a pasta night and a fish and new potatoes night - and now I am stuck. Trying to eat healthy/low fat as we had 3 take aways this week

Whats everyone else having?

Omelette with peppers, chorizo and new potatoes - very good for you!

Ratatouille and lamb chops - scrummy and you can make a huge pot of ratatouille and freeze it.

Steak and salad.

Spinach and Ricotta canelloni.

Tonight we are having braising steak, new pots and green veg,

ooooh excellent. I've never made a veggie curry at home - i usually do chicken and spinach, but it was not as nice last week for some reason - so gone off it a bit now. Might try veggie one.

Ratatouille and lamb chps - yummy. I'm really hungry now
