New Potatos?

Ilovedirtydancing · 25/05/2008 13:37

We had some new potatos yesterday which I added butter too.
Had loads left over so put then in the fridge.

The butter has obviously hardened in the fridge.
Are they ok to use today?

Can I slice them and fry them up in the pan and what oil would be best to fry them in please?

Oooh keep them cold, boil some eggs, add to potatoes, chuck in some mayo and paprika and you have a potato salad.

Yumm

I would slice them up and put the whole lot (butter and all) in the pan, probably not necessary to add extra oil.

If it doesn't work out then you have only lost a few potatoes.

Of course they are ok to use, I would slice them up and fry them, if you have a lot of butter on them you might not need any oil to fry them with. What ever oil/spray you use to fry bacon.

Potato salad sounds good.

Probably is enough butter without adding extra oil, thanks.
